Jr. Technical Support Representative (Nashua, NH)
Seeking individual to provide technical support for our Desktop Video Conferencing
Software to end users via telephone and the Internet.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows, the Internet, and PC Hardware is a must; 1-2
years prior software support experience preferred. Knowledge of Mac's, computer
networking, TCP/IP, and UNIX, a plus. Troubleshooting and strong interpersonal skills are
also required.
Release Engineer - MeetingPoint Videoconferencing Server
(Nashua, NH)
White Pine is looking for a release engineer for
its MeetingPoint Videoconferencing Server product. Successful candidates must have a
minimum of 5 years release engineering and software engineering experience. Knowledge of
Install Shield, Visual Source Safe, Perl, shell scripts, C / C++, Windows / Windows NT,
UNIX environments and administration is also a must. Familiarity with ClearCase or Java is
a plus.
This position will enable the candidate to engineer release procedures, installers,
automate builds, and program for MeetingPoint, White Pine's award-winning
videoconferencing server, and expose the candidate to networked multimedia, flow control,
and network / user management concepts, as well as the latest Internet, videoconferencing,
and networking technologies.
Client Product Manager (Nashua, NH)
Seeking a creative individual to be responsible for
the product marketing activities of our client product, CU-SeeMe, including: market
research, competitive analysis, product direction, new product definition, positioning and
promotional activities, and product life cycle management. You will work closely with
Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to implement product plans and market strategies, as
well as track projects and meet defined milestones.
